" NDSU EQUINE CENTER DETOUR"-
I received a message from Shannon Eck, NDSU Equine Center, that 19th Ave. has been shut down from i-29 to the 45th st corner (which is the corner right before the railroad tracks). That corner/intersection is open, so you can take 12th ave n or main ave and go west to 45th st and then drive north to 19th ave. But, the exit off of I-29 to go west on 19th ave will have a road closed sign. Please let everyone you know is coming about this detour
