Saturday Nov 1 - Futurity at 9:00 Sale to follow 1 hour after futurity ends, not to begin before 2:00 pm.

"The Dakota 50 50 Futurity and Sale" promises to be one of the Largest Futurity Sale and Shows In The Upper U.S., featuring many of the finest bred colts; Paint, Quarter, Appaloosa, Arabians, Palomino and Thoroughbred horses.

Show and Sale Results
All yearlings purchased automatically qualify for the following years futurity. All weanlings purchased automatically qualify for the futurity two years following purchase. Entry fees included, cash prizes will be awarded to the first ten placings.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Terms of the sale are cash or personal check (US Funds). Registration papers will not be released until checks clear.
  2. Buyer is responsible for transfer fee, relative to breed association. Registration papers will be given to the buyers as soon as checks have cleared or credit established.
  3. All announcements on the block on sale day take precedence over all printed material.
  4. All colts will have a negative Coggins test and health certificate.
  5. All colts will be brand inspected before leaving the sale barn.
  6. Risk of loss will be passed to buyer when animal is announced sold.
  7. Horses re-sold after the sale will still be eligible for the Dakota 50/50 futurity. Papers will be stamped with 50/50 logo and must be presented upon entrance to the futurity.
  8. Selling positions are to be drawn by sale management and sold in catalogue order.
  9. All disputes are to be settled between the breeder and the buyer.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Dakota 50/50 Horse Sale and Futurity to promote quality performance horses that are good moving, good minded, athletic individuals, that have the capability to work and will look good when engaged in activities, while maintaining at all times the horses physical and mental potential.

It is further the purpose of the Dakota 50/50 Horse Sale and Futurity to provide an event that is enjoyable to spectators and will be beneficial to and promotional of the horse industry as a whole.
